Clark Giles, J.D. (CIPP/US, CISA, CGEIT), Chief Technology Officer for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, has over 20 years of experience administering enterprise IT systems with a focus on large integration projects and establishing formalized cybersecurity programs. Previously, Clark served as IT Director at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis for the Division of Finance and Administration and, most recently, as Chief Compliance Officer for a national electronic payment processing firm. Clark completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Indiana University (Bloomington) and earned his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) at IU McKinney School of Law with a graduate concentration on Intellectual Property Law. Clark is a long time resident of Historic Irvington on the east side of Indianapolis where he owns a boutique legal consulting practice specializing in start-ups and intellectual property licensing.
