Jacqueline Davis is a Certified Business Continuity Professional. She developed the business continuity planning program for Indiana University Health and has led the program since 2012. Since taking the position, Jacqueline has overseen the development of business continuity plans throughout the organization and has taken significant steps to mature the program and improve its sustainability. In addition to overseeing business continuity planning, Jacqueline leads efforts to enhance and standardize all aspects of preparedness, which includes optimizing the organization’s use of the incident command system in the most effective and efficient way.
Jacqueline began her career as a financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and found her niche in auditing internal controls. That experience prepared Jacqueline for her role at IU Health. Prior to leading the business continuity planning program at IU Health, Jacqueline led merger and acquisition projects for six of the organization’s seventeen hospitals as well as several clinics and outpatient centers.
